This vegan, plant-based vitamin D3 is special. It’s produced from lichen, sourced in North America where it thrives in remote, cool, mountainous climates with the purest air.
Our plant based Vitamin D3 is produced from lichen. It's a small and unique organic species that contains one of the only plant-based source of the body's preferred biologically active form (cholecalciferol).

HOW TO USE
1 capsule a day is enough to support a healthy and balanced diet.
Vitamin D is fat soluble. While this formulation provides fat, taking it with a meal containing additional fat may improve absorption even more.
Vitamin D can be taken anytime of the day. Pick a time and stick to it everyday to help you work up a routine.
Do not exceed the recommended intake unless directed by a practitioner.
