Our Ashwagandha is produced using a unique extraction process (the first of its kind, in fact), based on “Green Chemistry'' principles. Which means zero use of any synthetic solvents. This process creates a full spectrum extract, locking in all the natural constituents of the herb - including short and long chain amino acids, fructooligosaccharides, vitamin A, calcium and iron. HOW TO USE
Many studies have shown ashwagandha to be effective at the dose in one capsule. However, two capsules is safe if found more effective.
Ashwagandha can be taken with or without food. Some people do find it more effective on an empty stomach, but if it causes stomach discomfort then take it with food.
The effects of ashwagandha can take days or weeks to be felt. Taking it at the same time everyday helps build a habit.
Do not exceed the recommended intake unless directed by a practitioner.
This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
