GLA cannot be produced by the body, so we must consume enough GLA within our diet or aid GLA intake through supplementation. GLA is converted into Prostaglandin, a hormone-like substance which has been believed to provide numerous health benefits. Evening Primrose Oil contains added Vitamin E, which is a powerful antioxidant that provides protection of cells from oxidative stress

HOW TO USE 

Adults and children over 6 years of age, one to two capsules daily. Adults can increase up to eight capsules daily if required. For children, capsules can also be pierced, and the contents taken orally or rubbed onto the skin. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
